The VPN APP crashes without…

The VPN APP crashes without notification constantly!
I asked them to refund but because the 30 day cut off was expired I am forced to see the 2 year contract.
I explained 8 pay for a service that does not actually stay running! That is in my mind sufficient to request a pro rata refund and termination of the contract. Not so according to NORD HELP.
I am very unhappy and warn others to be certain to cancel within the 30 days or else be forced to continue as per contract conditions.
The longest time connected was 136 hours as displayed by the Nord VPN App.

Tried to cancel, didn’t work

I have tried to cancel my subscription to this service a couple times, but unfortunately it did not go through. This isn’t a big problem, but when I contacted customer service and asked for a suspension and refund they just wanted me to detail why I was canceling and said they would assume after 6 months of a subscription that I would know the features. No refund unfortunately. :(

Purchased one month's subscription

Purchased one month's subscription. Turns out they automatically renew subscription how ever right after they renew my subscription I contacted customer support to request refund it I ended up hearing most stupid answer. Refunds only valid for first 30 days. Who did you ask for auto renewal?

Good service. Subscription plan modification. Pay attention to your auto-renew feature

Nordvpn has good service. Just dont like the auto renewal subscription fee. I planned to cancel but, they offer me reasonable price for multiple internet security services 2.5 yrs, 6 devices for 98$.

And Heath, the customer support agent, is really helpful when I contact NordVpn for the subscription plan.

I have tried for 12 days to get the…

I have tried for 12 days to get the Nordvpn working. all i got were emails with little help and no answers. was on line earlier today to the live chat line and could not get anybody. recieved a different live chat line, chatted with Eryc and the issue was solved in just minutes. he mat be the only person there who might know what he is doing.

the customer service agents are, without a doubt, the best customer experience i've had with any product, person, etc. Brandy and Andrew,....you guys are the best! thanks for taking the time to help me step by step while being polite and professional, in addition to having excellent patience. Im a casual gamer, with a lot of ignorance when it comes to computers. you all are the best.!!!!!!

Adequate support

I had an account/billing issue that I needed resolved or clarified and I contacted NordVPN's live chat support. There was no wait, which was a plus. I believe Silas answered my questions to the best of their ability and even offered a discount code for my troubles. Overall, quite satisfied with the level of customer support.

nordVPN livechat service was very helpful

Had an issue with nordVPN software and the way it was displaying connection status. I used the Live Chat feature and Aiden was very helpful and walked my through the process to correct the issue. Live Chat response was quick and very effective. Thanks.

Overall A good company

Overall A good company i have the 2 year subscription, there are issues with disconnections with the New Zealand server i am using Nord VPN on a router, very little IP addresses to choose from but speed is excellent. The App is a little bulky to load on phones & Windows PCs but both work for me pretty good

Because there is no PPTP or L2TP i like to see NordLynx for routers, many companies don’t support new protocols. I have come from another VPN provider (express vpn) but still got a few months left on that account after 7 years of being with that company Support there treated me like a beginner , I can run both at the same time on Asus GT-AX11000 with VPN fusion.

Cancelation/renewal

I was helped by Harper. I wanted a cancel and refund of the renew because i honestly never used my vpn when i got it originally 2years ago. I found it slowed down my internet and I couldn't connect it on my devices. Harper let me know that I could just connect it to my router to just do a blanket coverage. So he answered all my questions and once I'm back home I'll connect it to my router and see how it goes and if there's no major problem then I'll keep the renewal.
